A complete store management system for your shop

storek runs your whole shop from one place: the till, the stock in every branch, buying from suppliers, delivery, your accounts and your staff. Your online store is part of it too. The shop and the website sell the same products, from the same stock.

  • Your shop and online store in one system
  • Your own copy, on your own domain
  • Works in any web browser
  • Online store
  • Shop till
  • storek
  • Stock
  • Accounts
  • Delivery

Follow one sale: everything updates by itself

  1. 1 A customer buys online or at the till
  2. 2 The sale is saved once
  3. 3 The stock goes down by itself
  4. 4 The accounts record the money
  5. 5 The order is ready to deliver

Your shop and your online store in one system

Open an online store next to your shop. Customers order the products they see on your website. The order goes straight into your sales, and the stock goes down for the shop and the website together.

  1. 1

    A customer orders online

They choose products on your website. It shows the same names, prices and stock as your shop.

  2. 2

    The order joins your sales

It goes into the same list as your till sales, saved under the customer's name.

  3. 3

    You confirm it

You check the order and confirm it, just like a sale in the shop.

  4. 4

    You send it

You create a delivery, choose your own driver or a delivery company, and follow it to the door.

  5. 5

    Stock and accounts update

The stock goes down for the shop and the website, and the accounts record the sale. No extra work.

Sell at the till, by quote or by reservation

However your customer buys, the sale is saved once and everything else updates by itself.

A fast POS till for busy shops

A full-screen till that works with your keyboard and barcode scanner. Open a shift, find the product by name or barcode, and take the payment.

  • Cash shifts: see the cash you should have and the cash you counted.
  • Sell to a walk-in customer or pick a saved customer.
  • Discounts, taxes and change are worked out for you.
  • Every sale lowers the stock and goes into the accounts.
  • A return puts the item back in stock and fixes the accounts.

Quotes and reserved items

Send a customer a quote and turn it into an invoice when they say yes. Or hold an item for them with a deposit.

  • Send quotes, see which ones are accepted, and turn them into sales.
  • A reserved item cannot be sold to someone else at the till.
  • The deposit is kept apart until the customer pays the rest.
  • You can ask your suppliers for quotes too.

All your customers in one place

Save people and companies with their phone, address, tax number and payment terms, and see everything they bought.

  • Customer groups and contacts inside each company.
  • Sales on credit that customers pay in parts.
  • Business customers follow their orders and deliveries on their own page.
  • Shoppers sign up by themselves on your online store.

Simple marketing that brings sales

Show a message at the top of your store, build pages with product blocks, and give every product a title and description that Google can read.

  • A message bar at the top of your website.
  • Featured products on your home page.
  • Banners and product blocks on the pages you build.
  • Google titles and descriptions for products, categories and brands.

Stock management, from the supplier to the customer

Buy it, store it, move it between branches, count it and deliver it. storek follows every item and keeps your costs right.

  1. Supplier
  2. Purchase
  3. Warehouse
  4. Branch
  5. Customer

Products the way you sell them

Add your products once and sell them in the shop and on your online store.

  • Arrange your categories by dragging them.
  • Brands, labels, details and warranties.
  • Sizes and colours, each with its own price, barcode and stock.
  • Paid extras and options on a product.
  • Sell by the piece or by the box, and the stock follows.

Buying from suppliers

Ask suppliers for prices, place your order, and receive the goods into the right warehouse.

  • Follow each order: waiting, ordered, received.
  • Received goods are added to the stock and the cost is updated.
  • Pay suppliers in full or in parts.
  • Send goods back to a supplier and the stock follows.

Stock in every branch

See how much you have in each branch and warehouse, move goods between shops, and count your shelves.

  • Main and extra warehouses, and goods on the way.
  • Move goods between shops, with the driver and the car noted on the transfer.
  • Count the shelves, see what is missing, and fix the numbers.
  • Write off broken, lost or expired items.
  • A stock history no one can change, and a list of what is running low.

Delivery to the door

Deliver with your own drivers or a delivery company, with a different fee for each city.

  • Create a delivery from any sales invoice.
  • Fees by city and weight, and free delivery above an amount you choose.
  • Cash on delivery: the driver collects the money and hands it to your cash box.
  • Your own delivery steps, from pick-up to the door.
  • Your drivers, cars and pick-up points.

Shop accounting that does the work for you

Every sale, purchase, return and payment goes into the accounts by itself. Your books are always up to date, and you read reports instead of sorting papers.

  • A ready list of accounts (cash, bank, sales, rent) you can add to.
  • Every movement of money is recorded by itself.
  • Cash boxes, bank accounts and wallets, each with its balance right now.
  • Income and expenses, and bills like rent that repeat on their own.
  • Payment plans with dates, payments received, and who is late.
  • Cheques, transfers between accounts, and the things your shop owns.
  • Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
  • Close the year cleanly and start the next one.

Staff and salaries for your shop

Manage your team in the same system that runs your shop: who works where, on which contract, their days off and their pay.

  • Employees, departments and job titles.
  • Full-time, part-time and short contracts.
  • Daily attendance and work shifts.
  • Kinds of leave, and leave requests you approve.
  • Public holidays, set once for the year.
  • Monthly salaries with extras and bonuses.
  • Salary advances, taken off the next pay slips.
  • Items handed to staff, and staff documents with expiry dates.

Everyday tools, built in

The small tools that keep a shop running sit right next to your sales and stock, so your whole team works in one place. Tap a tool to see it.

A bell that tells you when a task or reminder is due.

Your brand, your colours, your own copy

Your online store and your system wear your brand, not ours. Choose the colours, fonts and design, add your logo, and run it all on your own website.

  • Twelve ready colour sets, or your own colours, in light and dark.
  • Fonts, the top and bottom of your store, and pages you build from blocks.
  • A store designed just for you when you want something special.
  • Your logo and details on the store, the system and the till.
  • All of it on your own domain name.

Your own installation, not a shared system

  • Your own database, used by your business only.
  • Your own copy of the system files.
  • Your own domain and your own website.

Made by Linkysoft, in shops since 2012

storek is made by Linkysoft for Information Systems, a software company started in 2007. Its first shop system, Stock, has been working in shops since 2012. Early in 2023 we rebuilt it from the ground up as storek: the same ideas, on a new system made to grow with your business.

A real software company builds and supports the system every day, so you can run your shop and grow your online sales with a strong team behind you.

About the system

What is a store management system?

It is one program that runs your whole shop: the till, the stock, buying, the accounts and the staff. storek also includes your online store, so you do not need separate programs.

Who is storek for?

It is made for shop owners, whether you sell clothes, electronics, mobile phones, home goods or anything else. It works for one shop or many branches.

Is storek only a POS system?

No. The till is one part. storek also manages your products, branches, warehouses, suppliers, delivery, accounts, staff and your online store.

Who makes storek?

Linkysoft for Information Systems, a software company started in 2007. storek is the new version of our first shop system, Stock, which shops have used since 2012.

Does storek work on a phone or a tablet?

Yes. It works in the web browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone, with nothing to install.

What languages does the system work in?

The system works in Arabic and English. Your online store can show product names and descriptions in up to eight languages.

Selling and the online store

How does the POS system work?

You open a shift with your cash drawer, find the product by name or barcode, and take the payment. The browser prints the receipt and the stock goes down at once.

Can I run my shop and an online store together?

Yes. Your online store is part of storek. It uses the same products, prices and stock as your shop.

What happens to orders from my website?

They appear in your sales list. You check the order, confirm it and send it, and the stock goes down for the shop and the website together.

Can I send a customer a quote?

Yes. You write a quote and send it. When the customer agrees, you turn it into an invoice with one click.

How do I hold an item for a customer?

You reserve the item and take a deposit. Nobody else can buy it at the till, and the deposit counts when the customer pays the rest.

Can customers pay later or in parts?

Yes. A customer can pay an invoice over time, and every payment is saved with how it was paid and where the money went.

Stock, buying and delivery

Can I manage stock in several branches and warehouses?

Yes. You see the stock of every place: main and extra warehouses, and goods on the way.

How do I move stock between branches?

You make a transfer from one warehouse to another, follow it from sent to received, and note the driver and the car.

How do I count my stock?

You choose a warehouse and type what you counted. You check the differences, close the count, and the stock numbers are fixed.

Can I sell products in different sizes and colours?

Yes. Any product can have sizes and colours, each with its own price, barcode and stock.

How do I record what I buy from suppliers?

You make a purchase invoice and follow it from ordered to received. When the goods arrive, they are added to the stock and the cost is updated.

Can I use my own delivery drivers?

Yes. Use your own drivers or a delivery company, set a fee for each city, and collect cash on delivery.

Money and staff

Do I need a separate accounting program?

No. storek records the accounts for every sale, purchase and payment by itself, so your money reports are always ready.

What is a chart of accounts?

It is the list of places your money is sorted into, like cash, bank, sales and rent. You get a ready list and can add to it.

How do I keep track of shop expenses?

You record income and expenses under their names. Bills like rent can repeat on their own every month or every year.

Can customers pay in installments?

Yes. You set a payment plan with a first payment. The system makes the dates and shows you who is late.

How does the system handle staff salaries?

It keeps your staff, their contracts and their attendance, and prepares the monthly pay with bonuses, extras and advances taken off.

How do I handle staff days off?

You set the public holidays for the year, and your staff send leave requests that you approve or refuse.

Your own copy and getting started

Do I share the system with other shops?

No. You get your own installation, with your own database and your own files. Your data stays apart from everyone else's.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. We install storek on your own website address, and both your online store and your system run there.

Can I change how my online store looks?

Yes. Choose one of twelve colour sets or your exact brand colours, change the fonts, add your logo and build pages from blocks.

Can you design a store just for me?

Yes. If you want a special look, our team can design and build a store theme only for you.

How do I get started?

Start a free trial, add your branches and products, and open your first cash shift. Our team helps you on the way.

Is there support if I need help?

Yes. The Linkysoft team helps you during setup and long after it. Contact us whenever you have a question.
