Stock you can trust, in every warehouse
Every item that comes in or goes out is saved as a permanent movement. Move goods between warehouses, count your shelves and correct the difference with a clear record.
What you can do
Everything below is part of storek today, in the same system as your sales and your stock.
- Warehouses of every kind Main, secondary, transit or virtual warehouses, each linked to a branch when you want.
- A permanent stock record Each movement keeps the quantity before and after, so any balance can be traced back.
- Transfers with goods in transit Goods leave the first warehouse when shipped and arrive in the second when received.
- Stock counts Take a snapshot of a warehouse, enter what you counted and close with an automatic correction.
- Adjustments with a reason Record damage, loss, theft, gifts or expiry as an adjustment instead of editing numbers.
- Real cost on every item The cost of each item is a moving average that updates with every purchase.

Questions and answers
Short answers in plain words. Did not find yours? Write to us.
Ask our teamHow many warehouses can I have?
As many as you run. Each one can be main, secondary, transit or virtual.
Can a warehouse belong to a branch?
Yes. Link each warehouse to its branch so its stock is sold there.
Can I edit a stock number directly?
No. Stock only moves through documents such as sales, purchases and adjustments, so every change is recorded.
What is the stock record?
A permanent list of every movement, with the quantity before and after each one.
How do I move goods between warehouses?
Create a transfer, ship it from the first warehouse, then receive it in the second.
Where is the stock while it is on the way?
It is in transit: it has left the first warehouse and is not yet in the second.
Can a carrier take the transfer?
Yes. You can note the carrier who takes the goods between locations.
How does a stock count work?
Open a count, the system takes a snapshot, you enter the counted quantities and close it.
What happens to the difference after a count?
Closing the count posts a correcting adjustment, so the stock matches your shelves.
When should I use an adjustment?
For damaged, lost, stolen, expired or gifted goods, or a simple recount.
Can I see why stock changed?
Yes. Every movement names its document and reason.
How is the cost of stock worked out?
As a moving average: each purchase updates the average cost of the item.
Does a sale use the right cost?
Yes. Each sale line freezes the cost at the moment of the sale.
Does a return put stock back?
Yes. A completed sale return brings the goods back into the warehouse.
Do purchases add stock straight away?
They add stock when the purchase is marked as received.
Can I see stock per warehouse?
Yes. Each item shows its quantity in every warehouse.
Can I track sizes and colours separately?
Yes. Each variant of a product has its own stock.
Can I count in boxes and pieces?
Yes. Units convert, for example a box of twelve pieces.
Does reserved stock show?
Yes. Reserved quantities are held back from what can be sold.
Does the online store use the same stock?
Yes. The website reads the same stock as the shop.
Is the stock tied to the accounts?
Yes. Stock value and the cost of goods sold are posted in the ledger for you.
Can repair jobs take spare parts from stock?
Yes. Parts used on a repair leave the warehouse with the job.
Can I review a transfer before it moves goods?
Yes. A transfer stays pending until you ship it.
Can I count one warehouse while selling from another?
Yes. Each count covers one warehouse.
