- Cash on delivery When a shipment is delivered, its cash on delivery is collected into the driver account.
- Pickup points Your own collection points where customers pick up orders or shipments start.

How does cash on delivery work?
When the shipment reaches a delivered status, the amount is collected into the driver account.
Is cash on delivery recorded on the sale?
Yes. It becomes a payment on the sale invoice and posts in the ledger.
Can I see how much cash a driver holds?
Yes. The shipment shows the collection state and the driver custody balance.
Can I follow a driver’s duty?
Yes. Drivers show whether they are idle, delivering or off duty.
Can a driver belong to a delivery company?
Yes. Drivers and vehicles are registered under their provider.
What are pickup points?
Your own locations where customers collect orders or shipments start.
Can I ship repaired devices back?
Yes. Create a shipment from the repair job.
Can I assign a driver later?
Yes. Assign or change the driver from the shipment page.
What if a delivery fails?
Move it to a failed attempt or returned status and follow it from there.
Do online orders get shipped the same way?
Yes. Online orders are sales, so they ship like any other sale.
Can I see all shipments in one list?
Yes. Filter shipments by status, driver or provider.
Can I keep vehicle details?
Yes. Register each vehicle and assign it to drivers.
Is the delivery fee part of the sale?
The fee is worked out on the shipment from the rules of the provider.
Can I deliver from several branches?
Yes. Shipments come from sales of any branch.
Does a shipment change my stock?
No. The stock left the warehouse when the sale was completed.
